Sunday Learning Centers
The MBC Sunday Learning Center classes offer a wonderful opportunity for learning the truths and foundations of the Christian life.
Each Sunday morning at 9:30 am during the school year students gather in classrooms located in Fellowship Hall or in the church sanctuary to sit under the teaching from curriculums by Desiring God Ministries, curriculums designed by Metropolitan, or curriculums by several other biblical publishers. These classes include Beginners (Pre-k to Kindergarten), Primary (grades 1-3), Juniors (grades 4-8), Teens (grades 9-12) and adult classes. All the staff has undergone child safety training and have received clearance through the State Police data base.
Currently, the main adult class is studying the biblical concept of Service as Worship, while other elective classes are held offering a variety of topics or Bible studies, as well as a Discovering Church Membership for those interested in learning what it means to join MBC. Parent who are new to the church have the option of sitting in their child’s class or bringing their child to the adult class.
This time of learning and study concludes at 10:30 am allowing sufficient time for pre-service prayer, preparation, and various music ministry final rehearsals.
